What Is the HEAR Program?

Home Electrification Appliance Rebate

HEAR lowers the upfront cost of certain electric upgrades in Colorado homes.

Rebates are taken as a point of sale discount through participating contractors.

Households at or below 150% AMI qualify (those <80% AMI receive higher amounts).

Step 3: Complete a home assessment and select upgrades. During the assessment, we will examine your home and advise ways to make it more energy efficient.

Step 4: Install improvements. We will submit the proposed upgrades. Once approved, we will install the upgrades and subtract the rebate from your qualified project cost.
